PENDAMPINGAN MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN PADA GURU MAS NURUL HUDA DOWORA KOTA TIDORE KEPULAUAN

Abstract


ABSTRACT

The community service activity conducted by the Islamic Education Management Study Program of IAIN Ternate aimed to enhance the understanding and skills of teachers at MAS Nurul Huda Dowora, Tidore Kepulauan, in applying effective teaching models, methods, and strategies. The methods employed in this activity included lectures, practical sessions, and Q&A discussions, with the program taking place over two days from July 14 to 15, 2022. The results of the activity revealed that the 22 participating teachers were highly enthusiastic and actively engaged in each session. This training provided significant benefits by improving the teachers' abilities to design and implement teaching methodologies that meet educational standards. The activity also strengthened the collaborative relationship between the IAIN Ternate Islamic Education Management Study Program and MAS Nurul Huda, laying a foundation for future sustainable community service programs.

 

ABSTRAK

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam IAIN Ternate bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru-guru di MAS Nurul Huda Dowora Kota Tidore Kepulauan dalam menerapkan model, metode, dan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, praktikum, dan tanya jawab, dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan selama dua hari pada 14-15 Juli 2022. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan, yang terdiri dari 22 orang guru, sangat antusias dan aktif dalam mengikuti setiap sesi materi yang disampaikan. Pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan menerapkan metodologi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar pendidikan. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat hubungan kerjasama antara Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam IAIN Ternate dan MAS Nurul Huda, serta menjadi dasar untuk pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat yang berkelanjutan di masa depan
