PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS KOMPETENSI UNTUK MERAIH KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF

Abstract


Pengelolaan SDM yang efektif harus diperhatikan agar menunjang strategi bisnis yang akan diterapkan karena jika praktik pengelolaan tersebut mendukung strategi bisnis perusahaan akan memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang merupakan kunci kesuksesan perusahaan dalam lingkungan bisnisnya. Strategi bisnis akan berhasil jika organisasi mampu mengelola dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM (SDM berbasis kompetensi) melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan kemampuan SDM schingga SDM yang teribat dalam proses atau kegiatan perusahaan merupakan SDM berbasis pengetahuan yang memiliki keterampilan dan Keahlian.
